Punctuation marks are the symbols that enable you to replicate in writing the pauses come naturally when you are speaking.

SENTENCE ENDERS. The three punctuation marks that close out sentences: (1) the period; (2) the question mark, and (3) the exclamation point.

THE COMMA. When to insert and when to omit the punctuation mark that is used (and misused) more often than any other.
